All Sales Are Final
Every item in our shop is a one-of-a-kind, pre-owned piece. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges.
We do our best to describe and photograph each item accurately, including any signs of wear, flaws, or imperfections, which will always be shown or noted in the listing. Please review the photos and description carefully before purchasing, and don't hesitate to reach out to us at lilyvintageee@gmail.com with any questions before you buy. We're happy to provide additional photos or details so you can shop with confidence.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
While the condition of each item is described and photographed as accurately as possible in the listing, please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive the wrong item, or if your item arrives with damage that was not disclosed in the listing, contact us immediately at lilyvintageee@gmail.com. We'll review the situation and do our best to find a fair solution.
European Union — 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason, in accordance with applicable law.
As all of our items are pre-owned and unique, returns made under this policy are refunded in the form of store credit, which you can use toward any future purchase on our shop. To request this, contact us at lilyvintageee@gmail.comwithin 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or was not as described.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll issue your store credit.
Refunds
In cases where a refund applies (for example, a damaged or incorrect item), we'll notify you once we've received and inspected the returned item and let you know whether it's approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
